An unforgettable expedition through the southern Bolivian Altiplano, where vast high-altitude deserts, active volcanoes, colorful lagoons, and the immense Uyuni Salt Flats create some of the most spectacular landscapes in South America.

Day 01 :
UYUNI - UYUNI SALT FLATS – SAN JUAN

Departure from Uyuni aboard a private 4x4 vehicle to begin the exploration of the majestic Uyuni Salt Flats, the largest salt desert in the world.

Along the way, we will visit the historic Train Cemetery and the village of Colchani, where we will learn about the traditional artisanal salt production process. During the journey across the salt flats, we will discover the Eyes of the Salt Flats, monumental salt sculptures, the Salt Labyrinth, the Flags Square, and the first Salt Hotel in the region.

The adventure continues toward the iconic Incahuasi Island, an oasis surrounded by giant cacti and ancient fossilized corals offering spectacular panoramic views over the endless white landscape.

In the afternoon, we continue into the Desierto de los Lipez until reaching the native community of San Juan del Rosario.

Day 02 :
SAN JUAN – ALTIPLANIC LAGOONS – DESIERTO DEL SILOLI

After breakfast, we will visit the historic Necropolis of San Juan and continue across the Salar de Chiguana and the impressive Valle de las Rocas.

The route continues toward the high-altitude lagoons of Cañapa, Hedionda, Charkota, and Honda, ecosystems rich in wildlife where it is possible to observe Andean flamingos, vicuñas, vizcachas, and a remarkable variety of high-Andean birdlife.

By late afternoon, we will arrive at the remote Desierto del Siloli, one of the most extreme and breathtaking landscapes of the Bolivian Altiplano.

Day 03 :
LAGUNA COLORADA – GEYSERS – LAGUNA VERDE – UYUNI

The final day will take us to some of the most spectacular landscapes of the region. We will visit the famous Stone Tree and the impressive Laguna Colorada, home to one of the most important flamingo colonies in the Altiplano.

Later, we will explore the Sol de Mañana Geysers, Laguna Polques, the surreal Salvador Dalí Desert, and the beautiful Laguna Blanca and Laguna Verde, located beside the majestic Licancabur Volcano.

In the afternoon, we begin the return journey to Uyuni across vast desert landscapes and remote Andean plains.
